About this home

This 4-room terraced house of 116 m² spreads over two floors. The thoughtful layout separates the shared living areas from the more private spaces. There is plenty of room and flexible layout options for both couples and small families.
Premium homes are also being built at Hulemarken, with particular emphasis on spaciousness, materials and overall impression. They have either herringbone floors or a sloped ceiling in the open-plan kitchen and living area.
This home has herringbone floors, which contribute to a warm and elegant look.
A natural gathering place
On the ground floor, the kitchen, open-plan area and living room form one open living space. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa area, and the layout creates a natural connection between the home's shared areas.
The kitchen is an integrated part of the room, so you can easily be together with family or guests while cooking. The generous size also offers plenty of options for arranging a dining area and cosy seating zones.
Room for both everyday life and relaxation
On the first floor are the home's three bedrooms. The largest is suitable as a main bedroom and has built-in wardrobes for storage.
The two other rooms can be set up as a children's room, a guest room or a home office. This makes it easy to adapt the home to your needs.
Between the rooms is a small hallway and the home's largest bathroom. Here you will also find a stacked washer-dryer with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Practical layout on both floors
The home is accessed from the entrance on the ground floor. Here there is room for outerwear and storage, as well as access to a smaller bathroom.
With a bathroom on both floors, everyday life is practical, especially when several people share the home. The layout makes good use of the space and combines open shared rooms with more private areas.
Outdoor space and conveniences
The home has two terraces and a private garden, where you can enjoy the outdoors, whether for morning coffee or relaxing in the sun. In addition, a tool shed, bicycle parking, one exclusive space in the shared car park and access to shared parking are included.

About the area
Ringsted is an attractive town in central Zealand with a safe atmosphere and a strong local community. There is a short distance to both nature and the capital. Good train and motorway connections mean that Copenhagen is about 35–40 minutes away, which makes the town relevant for commuters.
The town has a wide selection of shops, cafés and restaurants. There are also good options for schools, daycare institutions and leisure activities, which makes the area attractive for families with children.
• Good transport options and a direct train connection to Copenhagen
• Under 3 km to the E20 Vestmotorvejen motorway
• Home close to both nature and town life
Community and neighbourliness
The area is designed with a focus on good neighbourliness. The green shared areas provide space for play and socialising and create safe surroundings for everyday life.
Among other things, this includes:
• A large, furnished orangery, which residents can rent
• Playground for the children
• Covered shared bicycle parking
• Green shared areas for activity and relaxation
The shared areas allow for both spontaneous meetings and planned activities and contribute to a lively environment where neighbours can get to know each other.
A neighbourhood app is made available to residents and can be used to strengthen the community. For example, running clubs, shared dinners or lending of tools can be coordinated through it.
It is possible to apply for permission to keep either one dog or one indoor cat.
