Spacious two-storey terraced house with terrace and garden
Hulemarken, Ringsted
About this home
Modern terraced house of 104 m² – available from 1 September 2027
This 3-room terraced house spreads over two floors and has a layout that strikes a good balance between shared living spaces and private rooms. The home suits both couples and small families who want plenty of space, practical solutions and flexible layout options.
The housing area will also include premium homes with a particular focus on sense of space, materials and a refined look. They have either herringbone flooring or a sloped ceiling in the open-plan kitchen and living area. This home has herringbone flooring, which adds warmth and character.
An open living area
On the ground floor, the kitchen, open-plan area and living room form one large, open space that serves as the home's natural gathering point. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa, and the layout creates a good connection between the living area's different functions.
The kitchen is an integrated part of the space, so it is easy to be together, even while cooking. The generous layout offers several options for setting up both dining space and cosy lounge zones.
Room for both privacy and everyday life
On the first floor are the home's two bedrooms. The larger one can be set up as a main bedroom and has built-in wardrobes with storage space.
The second room can be used as a children's room, guest room or home office. The built-in wardrobe and flexible use make it easy to adapt the room to everyday needs.
Between the rooms is a small hallway and the home's largest bathroom. There is also a stacked washer-dryer with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Practical layout
The entrance hall on the ground floor has room for outerwear and storage, and from here there is access to a smaller bathroom. With bathrooms on both floors, the home is practical in everyday life, especially when several people share it. The layout makes good use of the space and combines open shared areas with more private rooms.
Terrace, garden and parking
The terrace and the private garden offer the chance to enjoy outdoor life. The home also has a tool shed, one parking space in the shared car park and access to additional shared parking.
