Questions and answers
Is the lease contract free?
Yes. Making the contract and sending it for digital signature is free for landlords.
Do I need a listing on Bolighub?
Yes. The contract is made from one of your listings, which fills in the address and the rental terms. Creating a listing is free, and you can deactivate it when you have found a tenant.
Which form is the contract based on?

How do the tenants sign?

Can I add my own terms?
Yes. Special terms go in section 11 of the contract. Terms that deviate from the Rent Act must be clear and may not put the tenant in a worse position than the law allows.
