Modern two-storey townhouse with private garden
Hulemarken, Ringsted
About this home
Spacious three-room townhouse – move-in from 1 September 2027
Here you’ll find a modern 100 m² townhouse spread over two floors. The thoughtfully designed layout separates the home’s shared living areas from its more private spaces. The home is suitable for couples as well as small families looking for plenty of space, practical solutions and flexible furnishing options.
A selection of premium homes is being built at Hulemarken, with a special emphasis on spaciousness, materials and overall appearance. The homes feature either herringbone flooring or a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen-dining area. This home has herringbone flooring, giving it a warm and exclusive feel.
The heart of the home
On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining area and living room form one large, open living space. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa area, and the layout creates a natural flow throughout the home.
The kitchen is part of the living space, making it easy to spend time with others while preparing meals. The size of the room offers plenty of options for creating both a dining area and cosy living zones.
Space for both peace and activity
The home’s two bedrooms are on the first floor. The larger one can be furnished as a bedroom and has plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobes.
The second room can be used as a child’s bedroom, guest room or home office. The built-in wardrobe and flexible layout make it easy to adapt the rooms to your everyday needs.
Between the bedrooms there is a small hallway and the home’s second bathroom. There is also a laundry tower with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Practical layout from the entrance to the first floor
The entrance hall on the ground floor has space for outerwear and storage, and provides access to a bathroom. With a bathroom on each floor, the home is practical for everyday life, especially when shared by several people. The layout makes good use of the space and creates a balance between shared areas and private rooms.
Outdoor living and practical features
The home has a terrace and private garden, offering great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. You’ll also have a storage shed, one exclusive parking space in the shared car park and access to shared parking.

The area
Ringsted is an attractive, well-functioning town in central Zealand, where a cosy and safe atmosphere goes hand in hand with a strong local community. Both nature and the capital are within easy reach. With good train and motorway connections, it takes around 35–40 minutes to get to Copenhagen, making the town well suited to commuters.
The town has a wide selection of shops, cafés and restaurants. It also offers a good range of schools, childcare facilities and leisure activities, making the area popular with families with children.
• Good public transport, including a direct train connection to Copenhagen
• Less than 3 km to the E20 West Motorway
• A home close to both nature and town life
Community and good neighbours
Care has been taken to create a welcoming environment for neighbours. The green communal areas invite residents to play and spend time together, providing a safe base for everyday life.
The area will include:
• A large, furnished orangery that residents can rent
• A playground for children
• Covered communal bicycle parking
• Green communal areas for activities and relaxation
The communal areas offer opportunities for both spontaneous get-togethers and planned activities, helping to create a safe and lively environment where neighbours can get to know one another.
Residents will have access to a neighbour app that can be used to strengthen the community. It can help bring people together for everything from running clubs and communal meals to borrowing tools from a neighbour.
It is possible to apply for permission to keep either one dog or one indoor cat.
