Modern two-storey terraced house with terrace in Ringsted
Snerlevænget, Ringsted
About this home
Spacious three-room terraced house – move-in from 1 September 2027
Here you get a modern terraced house of 100 m² spread over two floors. The well-thought-out floor plan creates a natural division between shared living areas and more private spaces. The home suits both couples and the small family who want plenty of space, practical solutions and flexible layout options.
Hulemarken is being developed with a selection of homes, with extra focus on sense of space, materials and overall impression. The premium homes have either herringbone flooring or a sloped ceiling in the open-plan kitchen and living area. This home has herringbone flooring, which gives the home a warm and exclusive character.
The heart of the home
On the ground floor, the kitchen, open-plan living area and lounge form one large, open living space. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa area, and the layout creates a good connection with the rest of the home.
The kitchen is an integral part of the living space, so you can easily be part of the gathering while you cook. The generous layout also makes it possible to create both a dining area and cosy lounging zones.
Room for both peace and everyday life
On the first floor you will find the home's two bedrooms. The larger room is well suited as a bedroom and has built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage.
The additional room can be furnished as a children's room, guest room or home office. The built-in wardrobe and the room's flexible use make it easy to adapt the home to your needs.
Between the rooms there is a small hallway and a bathroom with a stacked washer-dryer consisting of a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Practical layout from entrance to first floor
The entrance on the ground floor provides functional access to the home and has room for outerwear and storage. From here there is also access to the home's second bathroom.
With bathrooms on both the ground floor and the first floor, everyday life is practical, especially when several people share the home. The layout makes good use of the space and creates a fine balance between open shared areas and private rooms.
Outdoor living and practical facilities
The home has a terrace and private garden where you can enjoy outdoor life. In addition, a tool shed and one exclusive parking space in the shared parking area are included. There is also shared parking.
