Five-room townhouse of 108 m² in Ringsted
Snerlevænget, Ringsted
About this home
Modern home with a well-designed layout – move-in from 1 September 2027
Here you’ll find a townhouse of approximately 108 m² arranged over two floors. The ground floor contains the home’s shared living areas, while the first floor has four rooms. This layout offers space for both spending time together and privacy, making the home well suited to a family looking for a comfortable setting and flexible furnishing options.
Several homes are available, with a particular focus on the sense of space, materials and overall impression. Some have herringbone floors, while others have vaulted ceilings in the kitchen-dining area. This home has herringbone floors, giving it a warm and exclusive feel.
An open gathering space
The kitchen, dining area and living room are combined in one spacious living area on the ground floor. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa area, and the open layout creates a bright, cohesive home.
The kitchen is part of the living area, making it easy to spend time together, even when preparing food. The generous space offers several furnishing options, including a dining area and cosy seating zones. The room works well for everyday activities as well as spending time with guests.
Four rooms with plenty of possibilities
The home’s four rooms are located on the first floor. The largest can be furnished as a bedroom and has built-in wardrobes with storage space. The other rooms can be used as children’s rooms, a home office or a guest room.
The separate rooms make it possible for everyone to have a room of their own, and the layout can be adapted if the family’s needs change. The rooms are also separated from the living areas on the ground floor.
Practical solutions for everyday life
The entrance hall provides easy access to the rest of the home. A separate utility room offers space for everyday household tasks, while a storage room beside the living area provides additional storage options.
There is a bathroom on both floors. The ground-floor bathroom is close to the entrance hall, while the first-floor bathroom is centrally located between the rooms. It includes both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The floor plan makes good use of the home’s square metres and clearly separates the shared areas from the private rooms.
Terraces, garden and parking
The home has two terraces and a private garden, offering the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, from morning coffee to relaxing in the sun. A garden shed, bicycle parking and one designated parking space in the shared parking area are also included. There is also shared parking.
