Light-filled two-storey townhouse with a garden and two terraces
Snerlevænget, Ringsted
About this home
Spacious four-room townhouse – available from 1 September 2027
Here you’ll find a modern 106 m² townhouse spread over two floors. The well-designed layout separates the home’s shared living areas from its more private rooms. The home is well suited to couples and small families looking for plenty of space, practical features and flexible furnishing options.
At Hulemarken, a selection of premium homes is being built, with a particular focus on spaciousness, materials and overall design. The homes feature either herringbone flooring or vaulted ceilings in the kitchen-dining area. This home has herringbone flooring, adding a warm and exclusive feel.
A natural gathering place
On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining area and living room form one large, open living space. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa, and the layout creates a natural connection between the home’s shared areas.
The kitchen is integrated into the living space, making it easy to spend time together, even while preparing food. The room’s size offers plenty of options for creating both a dining area and cosy spaces to relax.
Space for privacy and everyday life
The home’s three rooms are located on the first floor. The largest room is ideally suited as a bedroom and has built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
The other two rooms can be used as children’s rooms, a guest room or a home office. This provides flexibility and makes it easy to adapt the home to your everyday needs.
Between the rooms, there is a small hallway and a bathroom with a laundry column, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Practical layout on both floors
The entrance hall on the ground floor provides functional access to the home and has space for coats and storage. From here, there is access to a bathroom.
Having a bathroom on both the ground floor and first floor makes everyday life more practical, especially when several people share the home. The layout makes good use of the space and strikes a nice balance between open shared areas and more private spaces.
Outdoor living and practical facilities
The home has two terraces and a private garden, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors – whether you start the day with a morning coffee or relax in the sunshine. There is also a storage shed, bicycle parking, one reserved parking space in the shared parking area, as well as shared parking.

About the housing development
Hulemarken in Ringsted will consist of 132 homes, which will be built in phases. The first phase is expected to be ready for move-in in late summer 2027. The development includes single-storey homes of 79, 81 and 97 m², as well as two-storey homes of 100–122 m². The homes are bright and spacious, and information about the development will be updated as construction progresses.
The homes
The homes are being built with quality materials and a focus on comfort and functionality. The bright, open rooms have wood-wool cement ceilings and durable laminate or vinyl flooring, while the bathrooms have tiled floors. All rooms have underfloor heating, and the fittings have been selected for their quality and timeless design. The homes have energy-efficient white goods, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and are heated by district heating.
Each home has its own garden with a paved patio in the back garden. Some homes also have a terrace in the front garden. Each home comes with its own storage shed, and electric vehicles can be charged in the shared parking area. The two-storey homes have herringbone laminate flooring, while some of the single-storey homes have raised, sloping ceilings in the dining area.
About the area
Ringsted is an attractive and well-functioning town in central Zealand, with a cosy, safe atmosphere and a strong local community. Both nature and the capital are close by. Good train and motorway connections mean Copenhagen is around 35–40 minutes away, making the town ideal for commuters.
The town has a good selection of shops, cafés and restaurants. There are also excellent schools, childcare facilities and leisure activities, making the area particularly attractive to families.
• Good public transport options and direct train connections to Copenhagen
• Less than 3 km from the West Motorway (E20)
• Close to both nature and town life
Community and neighbourliness
Care has been taken to create a welcoming environment for neighbours. The green communal areas provide space for both play and socialising, helping to make everyday life feel safe and welcoming.
Residents have access to a large, furnished orangery that can be rented, a playground, covered shared bicycle parking and green areas for activities and relaxation. There are opportunities for both spontaneous get-togethers and planned group activities in a lively neighbourhood.
A shared neighbour app allows residents to stay in touch and organise activities, such as a running club or communal meals, or help one another with practical matters.
Residents may apply for permission to keep either one dog or one indoor cat.
DGNB certification
The homes are being designed with the aim of achieving DGNB certification. DGNB is a voluntary certification scheme used to measure, support and promote sustainability in the built environment.
