Modern 100 m² townhouse with a garden in Ringsted
Snerlevænget, Ringsted
About this home
Spacious two-storey townhouse – available from 1 September 2027
This modern 100 m² townhouse has three rooms spread over two floors. The well-designed layout creates a natural division between the home’s shared living areas and more private spaces. The home suits couples as well as small families looking for plenty of space, functional solutions and flexible furnishing options.
A selection of premium homes is being built in Hulemarken, with particular emphasis on a sense of space, materials and overall design. The homes feature either herringbone flooring or a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen-dining area.
This home has herringbone flooring, giving it a warm and exclusive feel.
The heart of the home
On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining area and living room are combined in one large, open-plan living space. There is room for both a dining table and a sofa area, and the layout creates a natural flow between the home’s shared spaces.
The kitchen is an integrated part of the living space, making it easy to join in with others while preparing food. The size of the room also offers great options for creating both a dining area and cosy places to relax.
Space for everyday life and relaxation
The home’s two rooms are located on the first floor. The larger one naturally serves as the bedroom and has built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage.
The second room can be used as a child’s room, guest room or home office. This gives you the flexibility to adapt the layout to your everyday needs. The room also has a built-in wardrobe.
Between the rooms there is a small hallway and a bathroom with a laundry tower consisting of a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Practical layout from the entrance to the first floor
The entrance on the ground floor provides practical access to the home and has space for coats and storage. From here, there is also access to another bathroom.
Having a bathroom on both the ground floor and first floor makes everyday life especially convenient, particularly when the home is shared by several people. The layout makes good use of the space and creates a nice balance between open-plan shared areas and private spaces.
Outdoor living and practical amenities
The terrace and private garden offer great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The home also has a storage shed, one exclusive parking space in the shared car park, as well as access to shared parking.
