Furnished 10 m² room in Hvidovre with terrace access

The 10 m² room is on the ground floor in Hvidovre and is rented furnished. The home includes a terrace and parking. Furnished room for rent. The room is 10 m², with access to the kitchen, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. The home is in Hvidovre, close to supermarkets, nature and public transport. The apartment is 106 m² across 4 rooms, with a large terrace and a private garden. I am looking for a roommate (preferably a commuter). I am a former climber and work as an illustrator and Art Director in Copenhagen. Besides me, a commuter lives here from Monday to Thursday morning. We are animal lovers in this household; at present there are 2 indoor/outdoor cats and a couple of small parrots in the home. It is a non-smoking home, but you are more than welcome to use the covered terrace. If this sounds like an offer you would be interested in, please get in touch!
