Apartment in a Modern Cohousing Community

The paired point blocks contain single-level apartments ranging from 63 to 88 m². The homes feature an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, a bathroom with a washer-dryer column, and 1–2 rooms. Layouts vary. Some have access to a storage room/walk-in closet from the bedroom, while others have access to a storage room from the entrance area. The kitchens also vary. Each home has a private terrace or balcony. Some ground-floor apartments have a slightly raised balcony instead of a terrace because of the slope of the site. While there are 6 homes on each floor on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors, there are only 3 homes on the 3rd floor, as well as a shared rooftop terrace of approximately 45 m² facing either south or west. This creates another place for informal meetings and socialising. The point blocks also have elevators. A home's area is typically stated as its total gross floor area (BBR), which includes walls and, in the point blocks, shared areas such as the staircase. The floor plans show the approximate square metres of the rooms. This measurement is the so-called floor area—that is, the space available for furniture and fittings. Two homes with the same floor area may have different gross floor areas. Please note that the wall-to-wall measurements shown on the floor plans do not take into account built-in fittings such as cupboards, kitchen units, internal staircases, etc. Each home has a kitchen, bathroom, etc., as in a standard rental home. When you move in, the following major appliances are provided: built-in induction hob, built-in oven with pyrolytic cleaning function, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. As a resident, you may make changes to your home, but you may not, for example, remove or build walls. You must apply for approval before carrying out any changes, and the home must be restored to its original condition when you move out. There is underfloor heating throughout the home. If you need to put up a small wire fence around your terrace, for example to keep your dog in, this is permitted. Please consult us before putting it up. Awnings or other fixed coverings, aerials or satellite dishes may not be installed. Paving or planting may not be altered without the landlord's approval. A fibre-optic connection is installed when you move in. You choose which provider to use and take care of the practical arrangements yourself. Smoking tobacco and any other form of smoking or nicotine consumption is not permitted in the homes, shared house, rooftop terrace or orangery. The rental period is unlimited. Rent increases in accordance with the net price index. The development prioritises green, car-free courtyards for spending time, relaxing, playing, exercising and socialising. Parking spaces are grouped in areas outside the green courtyards. If spaces are available, you can rent a parking permit. This is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once the lease has been signed. Maximum 1 parking space per tenancy. The cost is DKK 210 per month (2026), charged with the rent. It is also possible to park in the parking bays along the roads around the development. Some of the terraced houses have a parking space belonging to the home. If you have an electric car, there will be several charging stations in our parking areas. If you live in a terraced house with a parking space in front of the door, you can also have a charging socket installed for your home at your own expense. One pet is permitted per tenancy, provided it does not disturb the other residents. Pets include dogs, indoor cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. Please note that you must apply to the landlord for permission to keep a pet before moving in or acquiring one. Pets are not permitted in the shared house, guest rooms or orangery.
