An Elegant Little Neighborhood in the City

Augustshave offers 209 rental homes distributed across seven blocks built in classic red brick – located on the corner of Rødkløvervej and Katrinebjergvej, right where Aarhus C becomes Aarhus N, with Aarhus University and Katrinebjerg Campus as its closest neighbors. The apartments are available as 1- to 4-room homes ranging from 39 m² to 102 m², so there is a home to suit everyone, whether you are a student, single, couple or family with children. The homes feature light colors, beautiful floors and large windows that provide plenty of natural light all year round. In the kitchen, you will find a stylish HTH kitchen with handleless doors and full appliances – an integrated fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob and dishwasher. The bathroom is bright and spacious, with a walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet and laundry tower with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an elevator in every entrance, and the option to rent your own parking space in a secured basement.
