To live in the student housing, you must be an apprentice, pupil or active on a SU-eligible education or equivalent. Foreign students may be admitted on equal terms with Danish students. You may move into the student housing up to 6 months before the start of your studies. The move-in rules also apply if you have applied for admission and have not yet received confirmation from the educational institution. When you no longer meet the requirement to live in the student housing, you must have moved out no later than 3 months thereafter. The student housing is a completely smoke-free area. In the family homes there is a indoor smoking ban, and smokers are referred to the smoking area in the courtyard and possibly on private balconies and terraces, with consideration for other residents. It is permitted to live in the apartments with up to the number of persons corresponding to the number of living rooms. This means that a one-room apartment may house one person, a two-room apartment up to two persons, a three-room apartment up to three persons, and so on. However, in a three-room apartment two adults and two children are permitted, in a four-room apartment two adults and three children, and in a five-room apartment two adults and four children. Each living room is carefully designed with a specific capacity and purpose, and these rules must be observed to preserve both the residents' comfort and safety. Breaching this rule may lead to overloading of important facilities such as the kitchen, bathrooms and common areas. This may result in an unpleasant and dissatisfying environment for all residents, as resources are stretched to the limit. Furthermore, overcrowding can have a significant impact on the building's fire and safety standards, potentially creating dangerous situations for all residents. A breach of the rules will be a breach of the lease and may lead to termination of the lease. In connection with use of the laundry in the student housing, the party room in the family homes and the electric grills on the roof terraces, there will be user payment. In the family homes there is fibre network via TDC, where you purchase a provider yourself. In the student apartments, wired internet is included in the rent. There is a lift in all stairwells in the family homes, and there is a lift at the main staircase in the student housing. In the student housing you pay on-account to the landlord, after which an annual consumption statement covering electricity, water and heating is prepared. Pets are generally not permitted; there may be special rules for service dogs. Parking: Yes – parking space can be rented, and the price is stated on enquiry. There is a limited number of spaces with or without charging points.
