To live in the student housing, you must be an apprentice, pupil or active on an SU-eligible education or equivalent. Foreign students may be admitted on equal terms with Danish students. You can move in to the student housing up to 6 months before the start of your studies. The move-in rules also apply if you have applied for admission and have not yet received confirmation from the educational institution. When you no longer meet the requirement to live in the student housing, you must have moved out no later than 3 months after that. The student housing is a completely smoke-free area. In the family apartments there is a smoking ban indoors, and smoking is directed to the smoking area in the courtyard and possibly on private balconies and terraces, with consideration for other residents. Pets are generally not allowed; there may be special rules for service dogs. Parking: Yes – parking space can be rented, and the price is available on request.
