Room with Access to Shared Bathroom and Kitchens

The former hotel in the heart of Kongens Lyngby was transformed during the summer of 2023 into lovely, bright 1-3-room apartments and single rooms, and you can now secure one of these modern, move-in-ready rental homes. The property is located on the corner of Lyngby Hovedgade and Gl. Jernbanevej, just a few steps from the department store and Lyngby Storcenter. This means you’ll be in the heart of Lyngby, within very easy reach of everything, including shops, cafés, restaurants, local stores and, not least, public transport. This room is on the second floor of the property, which is the top floor. It offers one spacious room with high ceilings and lovely natural light. You also have access to 2 shared kitchens, 2 shared bathrooms and 3 shared toilets. All are located on the same floor, just outside your door. A total of 15 rooms share these facilities. There is access to shared laundry facilities in the property, and a basement storage unit is included. There is also a shared rooftop terrace. The rental is unfurnished. If you have a car, there is an option to rent a parking space in the underground car park. Pets are not permitted. The lease is open-ended. The monthly utilities charge covers heating, electricity and internet. Water is included in the rent. Interested? Feel free to book a viewing, and we’ll get in touch right away.
