Youth Housing of 45 m²

Completely renovated section with a beautiful architectural expression. The 32 student apartments are distributed over three floors and come in various sizes from 39 m² to 59 m². Most of the apartments are completely renovated. Some of the apartments offer a nice view towards the marina in Middelfart and the Little Belt. The apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet - a shared laundry is located in the basement. A centrally placed elevator ensures easy access - also for those with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. In front of and behind the buildings, there are green common areas, bicycle sheds, and space for waste solutions. The “dormitory” is just a 10-minute walk to the train station in Middelfart, and from there you can reach Odense city center in just 25 minutes by train.
