About this home New
Bjerggården has a truly special location in Middelfart, where some of the homes have views of the Little Belt and the bridges. The housing estate is close to the town centre and also has green shared areas with lawns and a football pitch, which residents use actively. The homes are bright and well laid out and range from 1 to 4 rooms.
Bjerggården is undergoing a comprehensive renovation to future-proof the housing estate both inside and out. Among other things, the renovation will provide larger homes, better accessibility with lifts, and a focus on energy optimisation and indoor climate. At the same time, a new 3rd floor with 20 modern attic homes is being built. Bjerggården has been renovated in stages, and residents already live in the estate. The overall renovation is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
Overall, Bjerggården offers modern homes in an exceptional location close to city life, nature and water.
