Note! The housing is reserved for young people enrolled in education eligible for SU. When entering into a rental agreement, documentation of ongoing education or admission to studies must be submitted for approval before a lease agreement can be entered into. Sdr. Boulevard is within walking distance of Odense city centre and close to Odense University Hospital. Opposite lies Ansgar Anlæg, a public park with opportunities for relaxation and ball games. The Odense River, running and cycling routes, and sports clubs are all within a short distance, and shopping options are within walking distance. The development consists of 32 youth housing units distributed across 18 studio apartments and 14 two-room apartments, sized 31-47 m2. The housing is reserved for young people in education, and documentation for this is required. In the basement under the building there is a storage room for each apartment as well as a communal laundry. The development includes a green open space with a drying area and table/bench seating. There is a parking space behind the housing and covered bicycle parking. The on-account consumption amount is set based on the previous tenant's consumption.
