1-room apartment of 37 m² for rent in Søborg – Tobaksvejen, 1st floor

Tobakshaven – Historic charm meets modern student living Welcome to Tobakshaven in Tobaksbyen, Søborg – where an iconic building from 1951, designed by architect Hans Rahlf, has been carefully transformed into 175 homes with character and soul in 2018. A home with character The distinctive curved concrete ceilings, original large window sections and the historic main staircase with wood-panelled walls have all been preserved and give the homes a unique look. The interior blends New York style with high ceilings and light, modern elements. All units have a living room, kitchen, and their own bathroom with underfloor heating, and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Loft apartments give you, in practice, an extra room. Community and facilities In the common areas you'll find a large lounge with a kitchen, sofas and TV – perfect for social evenings. There is also a laundry service, bicycle parking and a lush communal courtyard for all residents. Location – right in the middle of it all Buddinge Station, Netto and Kvickly are all within a one-kilometre bike ride. The larger educational institutions are 5–10 km away, and Rådhuspladsen only 9 km. Bicycles can be parked safely and dry in the indoor bicycle parking in the basement – year-round.
