We rent out attractive student accommodation in a residence surrounded by green areas and located directly by the Limfjord, meaning that many of the homes offer water views. The building was constructed with a focus on sustainability and is DGNB Silver certified. Community and Facilities There is a strong emphasis on community, with large communal kitchens and excellent shared facilities, including creative rooms, a fitness room and a function room. The residence has large communal roof terraces overlooking the Limfjord. Location The residence is located close to Lindholm Strandpark and only about a 10-minute bike ride from the city centre. There is also public transport nearby, providing direct connections to local educational institutions. Practical Information There is secure bicycle parking and a shared laundry room. Each home has an associated storage room for additional storage. Internet costs DKK 99 and is added to the rent. A resident contribution of DKK 25 is charged. Eligibility Requirements The homes are available to people who have been admitted as students, apprentices, pupils or trainees. All rooms have been completely renovated, are bright and have their own bathroom and toilet. Residents share a large, new kitchen with 5–9 other residents.
