The following terms apply: If you have a dog, you must have the legally required liability insurance, which covers any damage your dog may cause to other people or their property. If you have a cat, it must be neutered and should generally be kept indoors. Please note that you are responsible for interior maintenance, and as the tenant, you must pay for any damage caused by your pet. The animal must not cause a nuisance or damage to the property. Any mess on the property must be cleaned up immediately by the animal’s owner/tenant who has permission to keep the pet. The established rules for keeping pets must be followed at all times. If a justified complaint is made about the pet, this permission will be revoked immediately. In that case, the pet must be removed from the rental property. Permission to keep a pet is granted in a separate addendum to your lease, which specifies exactly which animal (1 pet) you are permitted to keep. You may not keep any animals in your apartment that are not listed in the addendum. Your pet must not be a nuisance or inconvenience to other residents of the property.
