The heart of the home The large kitchen/open-plan living area is the natural centre of the home. Here the whole family can gather for cooking, homework or cosy dinners. The room has an open connection to the terrace and garden, so everyday life can be lived both indoors and outdoors. Room for everyone The home has a bright bedroom and three further rooms, which can easily be arranged as children's rooms, an office or guest rooms. Opening onto the open-plan area is the living room, which has ample space for a sofa corner, TV etc. Practical solutions A centrally located bathroom makes everyday life easy. The entrance hall gives a functional welcome with room for storage. Outside you will find a tool room, bicycle parking and a shared car park with a charging point. Outdoor living With both a terrace and a garden, you can enjoy outdoor life, from quiet morning moments to shared dinners under the open sky. Practical information Electricity, water and heating consumption is settled directly with the utility companies, and heating is provided by district heating. Welcome to the new phase at Ugelbølle Following the 54 terraced houses built in phases 1 and 2, the development is now expanded with a further 22 modern terraced houses in phase 3. Phase 3 The terraced houses are built in sizes from 85–115 m², all on one level. Each home has its own garden, tool room and large terraces on both sides, as well as a carport on its own plot. Move-in is expected in autumn 2027. Phases 1 and 2 are completed. Phase 1 consists entirely of single-level homes.
