The apartment has undergone ongoing renovations during the period 2022–2026. The renovations include new windows, improved insulation, as well as a new entrance area in the stairwell. During the works, the bathrooms have been replaced in the units where they had not yet been replaced. The apartment also has new floors. You are allowed to keep one registered indoor cat.
