The homes feature an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area and have 2 bathrooms. The ground-floor bathroom has a laundry tower with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Under the stairs to the first floor, there is a storage room with a low ceiling, perfect for storing a vacuum cleaner and similar items. The remaining rooms and the second bathroom are on the first floor. In the four-room townhouses, the largest bedroom has an adjoining storage room/walk-in closet. Each home has a terrace and a paved forecourt, as well as a storage shed. Parking is available in the communal areas. A home’s area is typically stated as its total gross floor area (BBR), which includes walls and, in point blocks, shared areas such as stairwells. The floor plans show the approximate square metres of each room. This measurement is the so-called floor area—that is, the space available for furniture and fittings. Two homes with the same floor area may have different gross floor areas. Please note that the wall-to-wall measurements shown on the floor plan do not account for fitted items such as cupboards, kitchen units, internal staircases, etc. Each home has a kitchen, bathroom, etc., as in a standard rental home. Smoking tobacco and any other form of smoking or nicotine use is not permitted in the homes, the common house, the roof terrace or the orangery. The tenancy is open-ended. Rent increases in accordance with the net price index. There is a 12-month minimum tenancy period. The utility consumption statement is prepared at the beginning of each new calendar year. Green electricity is purchased collectively and charged with the rent payment in the following month. The development has been designed with green, car-free courtyards for socialising, relaxing, playing, exercising and spending time together. Some of the townhouses have a parking space belonging to the home. The remaining parking spaces are grouped in areas outside the green courtyards. There will be one parking space per home, as well as a number of visitor spaces. The spaces are not numbered. If you have an electric car, there will be several charging stations in the shared parking areas. If you live in a townhouse with a parking space outside your door, you can also have a charging point installed for your home at your own expense. One pet weighing no more than 15 kg is permitted per tenancy, provided it does not disturb the other residents. Pets include dogs, indoor cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. Please note that you must apply to the landlord for permission to keep a pet before moving in or acquiring one. Pets are not allowed in the common house, guest rooms or orangery.
