New senior apartments in the lovely Vævestue community

The lovely Vævestue has 27 homes, all of which can enjoy the beautiful shared areas. The shared areas form the setting for activities together, in safe surroundings. Vævestue is part of the former Nordisk Tekstil, which has been converted into state-of-the-art apartments with high ceilings, community and pampering. All homes are fitted with an indoor courtyard garden with direct access from the apartment. You step into a lovely, bright kitchen/living area, which is the heart of the apartment. From here there is access to the bathroom and two rooms. Both rooms have direct access to the home's own courtyard garden. From the living room there is an exit to the most wonderful balcony, with plenty of room for flowers, tables & chairs. Every apartment has a storage room adjoining the apartment. As this is a senior co-living community, you must be 50+ to be considered for the tenancy. You also may not have children living at home or pets.
