About the residence This three-room residence features a spacious L-shaped kitchen with a lovely view of the atrium garden and the community. The living room provides direct access to a large, private terrace, where you will also find a private storage room. The kitchen is a Danish-made custom carpenter kitchen from Stykka, with an exclusive and personal expression. Made of lacquered birch plywood, it complements the floors, window frames and wood in the atrium beautifully. In the entrance hall, there is a bench seat made to the same high standard. The bedroom includes two white wardrobes with hanging rails and shelves. This residence also has an additional room that can be used as, for example, an office, hobby room or guest room. Facing the atrium garden, you have a cosy forecourt where you can enjoy your morning coffee close to the community and the green plants. You are welcome to create a personal outdoor arrangement here with a couple of pots and a narrow bench or a small metal café set.
