Welcome The property consists of a total of 80 ecolabelled apartments distributed across six point blocks. Each point block contains three different types of homes. All home types have a bright and spacious living room with an integrated kitchen. The homes have underfloor heating, providing extra comfort and a pleasant indoor climate. Homes of the same type may have minor differences in BBR floor areas and window placement, and the layout may be mirrored depending on the apartment’s location in the development. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space in the form of an enclosed balcony, allowing it to function as a conservatory with room for a café table. On warm days, the glass panels can be pushed aside to create an open outdoor space. There are parking spaces and bicycle parking by the homes, as well as additional parking spaces for guests.
