The complex The residential complex consists of a total of 80 Swan-labelled apartments spread across six point blocks. Each point block contains three apartment types, and all types feature a bright and spacious living room with an integrated kitchen. The apartments are fitted with underfloor heating, which ensures comfort and a pleasant indoor climate. Homes of the same type may vary slightly in official BBR area and window placement, and some floor plans may be mirrored depending on the building's location. Private outdoor areas Each apartment has its own balcony, which is enclosed and can function as a conservatory with room for a café table. The glass panels on the balcony can be slid aside on warm days so you can open up and let in air and light. Apartment types Type A with one bedroom Type B with two bedrooms Type C with three bedrooms All homes feature large window sections and a bathroom with a washer-dryer column and practical solutions for everyday life. Practical facilities There are parking spaces at the residential area as well as additional spaces for guests and bike parking close to the homes. Each apartment also includes a practical storage shed by the parking area for storing, for example, bike trailers or seasonal equipment. Each point block has an elevator, and mailboxes are installed in the entrance area. Waste stations will be established in the area for easy handling of everyday waste.
