A meeting place for residents and visitors In addition to new homes, a focal point for urban life will be established with green recreational spaces and social activities. The project is designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, so that homes are created that people want to return to. The development is built in a classic courtyard block structure and contains apartments ranging from 1 to 5 rooms. A prominent corner building houses parking spaces on the ground floor and two-room apartments on the upper floors, where a shared courtyard environment is established above the parking section.
