The apartment is 70 m² and contains an entrance hall, kitchen, living room with dining area, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. The kitchen has light-coloured cabinet doors and includes a fridge-freezer, cooktop and convection oven. The living room in our 3-room apartment is furnished in a modern, minimalist style with a display cabinet, sofa, coffee table and 43” flat-screen TV. From the living room, there is access to a furnished 5 m² balcony or a 10 m² terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe and a 43” flat-screen TV. There must be room for everyone, and as a tenant, you are expected to behave decently and quietly. Noisy behaviour will not be accepted. This is a non-smoking apartment. Breakfast package available: A breakfast package can be ordered for DKK 120 and is delivered right to your door. It consists of 4 bread rolls, 2 pastries, butter and cold cuts, as well as juice.
