The apartment is located in a well-maintained building containing 5 apartments. There is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, a bicycle shed, and free parking. Close to shops and with good bus connections to Aalborg city centre and the university. There should be room for everyone, and as a tenant you will be expected to behave in a considerate and quiet manner. Noisy behaviour will not be accepted. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. NOTE! The rent includes heating, water, electricity, internet, TV, etc. Cleaning every 14 days is mandatory and included in the rent.
