With a selection of 214 modern family homes, including two-, three-, four- and five-room apartments, we offer a variety of homes to suit your needs. A daycare institution and senior housing are planned at the development in the coming years. Each home is centred around a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, with matt lacquered oak floors and a minimalist off-white HTH kitchen that creates a bright and welcoming space. Most homes are equipped with either balconies with ash wood flooring and anodised aluminium railings, or private terraces that give access to the shared courtyards. Each bathroom is designed for both beauty and functionality, with an extra-wide bathroom vanity, glass doors in the shower recess and a quiet Siemens stacked washer-dryer. This is more than just your home; it is a community. With facilities such as a rooftop terrace with orangery and electric grill, shared lounges, and a large courtyard with a playground and outdoor fitness equipment, there is always something to do and new people to meet. Further conveniences include a bicycle basement, a storage room of approx. 3 m², a multi-storey car park with charging points and much more. This is not just a place to live, but a place to live well. The VR viewing shown aims to depict this type of apartment as accurately as possible. The apartment is a simulation, so there may be variations in the actual apartment. The VR viewing is for inspiration only, so you can get a sense of this type of home's room layout and spaciousness. The home is not furnished when rented out. Balconies, windows and ceiling heights may vary. The home may also be a mirror image. The floor plan shows the home's layout; stated internal dimensions are approximate. The homes are rented out exclusively to people on the waiting list. Induction hob: Yes. Cooker hood: Yes. Oven: Yes. The student housing is a completely smoke-free area. In the family homes smoking is banned indoors, and smokers are directed to the smoking area in the courtyard and possibly to the private balconies and terraces, with consideration for other residents. It is permitted to live in the apartments up to the number of persons corresponding to the number of habitable rooms. This means that a one-room apartment may house one person, a two-room apartment up to two persons, a three-room apartment up to three persons, and so on. However, in a three-room apartment two adults and two children are permitted, in a four-room apartment two adults and three children, and in a five-room apartment two adults and four children. Each habitable room is carefully designed with a specific capacity and purpose, and these rules must be observed to preserve the comfort and safety of residents. Breaching this rule may lead to overloading of important facilities such as kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. This can result in an unpleasant and unsatisfactory environment for all residents, as resources are stretched to the limit. Furthermore, overcrowding may have a significant impact on the building's fire and safety standards, potentially creating dangerous situations for all residents. A breach of the rules will constitute a breach of the lease and may lead to termination of the lease. In connection with use of the laundry in the student housing, the function room in the family homes and the electric grill on the rooftop terraces, there will be user charges. In the family homes there is fibre network via TDC, to which you subscribe with a provider of your choice. In the student housing, wired internet is included in the rent. There is a lift in all stairwells in the family homes, and a lift by the main staircase in the student housing. In the family homes you pay on-account for water and heating to the landlord, and directly to the electricity company for electricity. The home has a balcony of 5 m². Pets are not permitted as a rule; there may be special rules for service dogs. Parking: Yes – a parking space can be rented, and the price is available on enquiry. There is a limited number of spaces, with or without a charging point. In the family homes it is permitted to dog-sit for up to 14 days, unless the dog is covered by the Danish Dog Act's breed ban.
