There is an elevator in all entrances on Vinkelvej (the elevator does not go to the apartments on the 4th floor). In 1995, 22 attractive studio apartments were created in the attic, offering fantastic views of the sea and the city. These apartments are equipped with a cooker and extractor hood. Residents supply and install all other appliances themselves in the remaining rental units. Residents supply and install their own refrigerator/freezer in all rental units. The department has a lovely guest room (double room), which residents from all departments can rent.
