Department 9 has homes in the town of Holsted and the Holsted station district. The department’s homes include both terraced houses and apartments in multi-storey buildings. Six of the homes in Åparken are youth residences with 1 and 2 rooms, respectively. Location All the department’s homes are located in Holsted, approximately 35 km from Esbjerg and 40 km from Kolding. The homes in Holsted town are close to shops, banks, a care centre for older people, a bus stop, a school and a kindergarten. The homes in the central Holsted station district are close to shops and the railway. Residents The department has a diverse mix of residents, including young people, families with children and older people. The homes All the homes in the department have different layouts, but have between 1 and 4 rooms. They all have an electric stove and an extractor hood. The youth residences have a refrigerator and hotplates. In addition, each home comes with a shed. Make it your own You can change the layout of your home, but you must first submit your proposed changes. When you move out, you may be compensated for improvements that you have paid for yourself.
