The home is very centrally located in Ejby, within walking distance of shops and public transport. There is a 30-minute journey to Odense and a 20-minute journey to Fredericia. There are good train connections, and the department is located right by the E20 motorway. Make It Your Own You are free to arrange the home as you wish, and if you make improvements to the home, you may receive up to DKK 100,000 in compensation when you move out. Maintenance The development is well maintained, and a property caretaker comes every week to maintain the green areas and carry out minor repairs in the homes.
