Location Brande has many cultural facilities, a library, a sports hall, golf courses, the Remisen cultural centre, and large green areas with excellent opportunities for walks. The town has a pleasant town centre with many shops and a railway station with direct trains to Copenhagen and Herning. Several places around town, including the pedestrian street in Brande, are decorated with gable murals and sculptures, and great attention has been paid to detail in the design of the paving and lighting. Residents The residents are a mix of young people, families and older residents. At the annual meeting for all residents of the housing department, residents make decisions about all matters relating to the department’s operations, rent, and so on.
