4-room townhouse of 126 m² for rent in Viborg – Gl. Randersvej

Building 5 consists of seven attractive townhouses, each measuring 120–126 m², arranged over two floors and designed for those looking for a home with plenty of space and a practical layout. The rooms are designed to offer flexibility in everyday life and space for family life, guests and quiet moments at home. The homes are being built with vertical party walls, enhancing the feel of a true townhouse with a private character and a natural separation between the homes. The two floors allow for a good distribution of the home’s functions and create a comfortable balance between shared living spaces and more private areas. Each home also has a pantry under the stairs, providing additional practical storage space. Each home also has two bathrooms, helping make everyday life easy and comfortable. The home opens onto a terrace facing the green spaces, where outdoor living becomes a natural extension of the home, with room to relax and enjoy cosy moments outdoors. All in all, Building 5 is for those who want extra space, a great setting and a home where comfort and location go hand in hand. But this is about more than the individual homes. It is a small community within a larger one—a place where you don’t just live, but belong. In the shared orangery, you can watch the quiet transformation of the seasons; feel the first glimmers of spring sunshine on the glass and breathe in the warmth of late summer. The shared kitchen buzzes with life when neighbours gather for communal meals, birthdays or a spontaneous dinner on an ordinary Tuesday. In the workshop, ideas take shape, and hands find calm in practical work. The fitness area makes it easy to get moving while chatting, and the sauna’s gentle warmth offers a peaceful, restorative way to end the day. Balance has been carefully considered here: between private and shared spaces, between quiet and conversation. You can retreat to your own home, close the door and find peace—and know that the community is waiting just outside whenever you feel like joining in. All our rental homes are let on a first-come, first-served basis. NOTE: The photographs and floor plan are for illustrative purposes only. The shared areas may be subject to change.
