Family Housing - Skovgade

About the development (the information may include other types of housing): At Toftegården, you’ll find 82 senior homes, centrally located in Vejle—midway between Vejle Hospital and Gulkrogcentret, close to shops and the pedestrian street. When Toftegården was originally built, the aim was to create a communal living arrangement where seniors could have their own independent home while also enjoying shared amenities such as communal dining, access to a reading room and a winter garden. This concept has been maintained, and the place still operates this way today. As a tenant at Toftegården, you are part of a meal plan. The meal plan includes a set daily dinner consisting of two courses, and applies to each person in the tenancy. Meals for guests can be purchased separately.
