Lovely townhouse

The development was built in 1996 and consists of 8 hobby farms in Gudum near Lemvig. The hobby farms are situated on elevated terrain with a beautiful view. There are good bus connections to both Struer and Lemvig. A free school bus, with schedules adapted to school hours, runs directly to both Nr. Nissum and Fabjerg. The homes are well laid out and each has a barn building and a plot of land where keeping animals is possible. As tenants on a hobby farm have special obligations, when signing the contract tenants must confirm that they are willing and able to keep things in order, and that any animals are kept in accordance with the applicable house rules and local plan. Tenants must also confirm that they are prepared to take part in a binding community responsible for the operation of the development, and accept that the landlord’s obligations apply only to the building and not to the adjoining land. The shared road and road lighting are exceptions. Electricity, water and heating are payable in addition to the rent. The heating source is supplemented by either a heat pump or a wood-burning stove.
