Lovely family homes with large covered balconies and views of Aalborg Tower. The development is located in Gug, very close to a shopping centre, childcare facilities and schools. There are pleasant green areas between the blocks, with playgrounds for children. There are good bus connections to central Aalborg and the university. The development was built in 1959 and consists of 174 apartments. It has 4 floors and lovely views. The home has space for either a dishwasher or a washing machine. There is also a shared laundry room in the development. There are garages (which must be rented separately) and parking spaces at the development. To be eligible to rent a garage, you must be a tenant in the development and own a registered motor vehicle. When signing a rental agreement for a garage, a copy of the vehicle’s registration certificate must be submitted. Once a year, tenants will be asked to submit proof of ownership of the vehicle. Pets are not allowed. Pets may not be kept in the development. Priority in the event of divorce, but not in the same development. At the regular residents’ meeting on 10 November 2025, the development approved a project to replace the lightweight façades around the entrance areas. Once completed, the façade replacement will result in a rent increase of approximately 1.60%. The work is expected to be carried out towards the end of early spring 2026, and the rent increase will take effect thereafter.
