The development consists of 90 rental units in a 4-storey building, built in 1954, as well as 11 garages and a party room that residents can rent. The development was completely renovated in 2017. All homes have a stove, large enclosed balconies and a ventilation system. Each home has a basement storage room, and there are shared laundry and drying rooms. The development has attractive green areas, as well as barbecue areas and a new playground. There is also a lovely enclosed ball court used by the residents. Stairwells 6, 8 and 10 have elevators and are suitable for older people and people with disabilities. The development has 11 garages. To be considered for renting a garage, you must be a tenant in the development and own a registered motor vehicle. When entering into a rental agreement for a garage, a copy of the registration certificate for the vehicle in question must be submitted. Once a year, the tenant will be asked to submit documentation proving ownership of the vehicle. Dogs and cats are not permitted in the development. There is no refrigerator in the rental unit.
