Grejs Mølle is a listed building constructed in 1897. The old textile factory is located just a few metres from the Grejs River, in very scenic surroundings. In 1993, Grejs Mølle was converted into 29 charming, well-designed 2- and 3-room family homes. They are spacious, with high ceilings, and most homes have distinctive curved window sections and plank flooring that give them a unique character. The homes do not have balconies. All apartments are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, extractor hood and washing machine. There is no elevator. One dog or two cats are allowed. Nortec has installed two electric vehicle charging stations in the development. There are excellent public transport options, and the bus stops right in front of the buildings.
