2-room apartment of 70 m² for rent in Nørresundby – Laurits Hauges Vej, 4th floor

Nørresundby Havnefront is located close to the recreational area Lindholm Strandpark, where you can swim from the pier, play beach volleyball, or take a run in nature along the path to Lindholm Fjordpark. If it’s the city’s pulse you’re drawn by, you can cycle or walk along Kulturbroen – or the Love Bridge, as it is also called – which in just a few minutes will lead you to Aalborg and the city’s offerings. The homes are bright, modern and well-appointed. They vary in size, and some are also suitable as shared apartments. Here is a home for the young and old, singles and couples, families with children and study mates. All homes are delivered with a full appliance package, underfloor heating in the bathroom and several built-in wardrobes, just as each home has a large balcony or terrace. In addition, you have access to a communal rooftop terrace with views over the fjord and Lindholm Park.
