Civica is constructing 93 new homes with a community house and pavilion in Næsbyhoved-Broby. Søbakken, as the new housing development will be called, will be located where Bogensevej and Beldringevej meet, approximately a 15-minute drive from Odense. The aim is for Søbakken to be an attractive housing development for all age groups, as it will offer different ways of living.
