Price: 4900 DKK, all inclusive (including internet). There is no deposit, but you have to paint it yourself if you want it done. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and, as with all other older apartments in the city, it is noisy, so you should not be noise-sensitive. We will draft a sublease agreement for it.
