Layout of the residence The apartments are available with several different floor plans. Some residences have a small entrance hall, while in others you enter directly into the open-plan kitchen and living area. The bathroom is functionally designed with a separate shower cubicle and a washer-dryer combo. Depending on the size of the residence, there are 1–3 separate rooms in addition to the open-plan kitchen and living area. Storage rooms are available in almost all rental units. In eight residences, the storage room is located outside the actual rental unit. All ground-floor residences have their own terrace surrounded by a small hedge, while apartments on the first floor and above have a balcony. White goods The residences are equipped with white goods, including a washer-dryer combo. Pets It is possible to apply for permission to keep an indoor cat and a dog at the address. Outdoor cats are not permitted. Parking There are a total of 129 parking spaces. Of these, 41 are located in a parking basement, while the remaining 88 are located at ground level. Several of the spaces are disabled parking spaces or reserved for electric and hybrid cars. Lift All buildings with more than two floors have a lift. Buildings numbered 6, 8 and 11 therefore do not have a lift, while the other buildings do. Common areas Together, the buildings create a welcoming area with pleasant places to spend time, space for play and opportunities for various activities and ball games. Between the residences, there are attractive paths and seating areas with trees, tall grasses and other wild and flowering plants that support biodiversity. Along the main path through the area, there is a strip of fieldstones that forms part of an aesthetically pleasing sustainable urban drainage solution for collecting rainwater. A playground will become a natural gathering point for the area's children, where they can play and enjoy themselves together. Bicycle parking is available in all three courtyard areas.
