Apartment in a Modern Cohousing Community

There are four apartment buildings in total—two with three floors and two with four floors. Each floor has four homes, each with a kitchen/dining area/living room, a bathroom with a washer-dryer stack, a storage room and one or more bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is access to a private terrace. From the first floor upwards, each home has a balcony. The 56 homes range from approximately 61 to 88 m². The apartment buildings also have elevators. Each home has one parking space in the shared area. A home’s area is typically stated as its total gross floor area (BBR), which includes the walls and, in the point blocks, shared areas such as stairwells. The floor plans show the approximate square metres of the rooms. This measurement is the so-called floor area—that is, the space available for furniture and fittings. Two homes with the same floor area may have different gross floor areas. Please note that the wall-to-wall measurements shown on the floor plans do not account for built-in fittings such as cupboards, kitchen units, internal stairs, etc. Each home has a kitchen, bathroom, etc., as in a standard rental home. When you move in, the following major appliances are provided: built-in induction hob, built-in oven with pyrolytic cleaning function, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. As a resident, you may make changes to your home, but you may not, for example, remove or build walls. You must apply for permission before starting any work, and the home must be reinstated when you move out. There is underfloor heating throughout the home. If you need to put up a small wire fence around your terrace, for example to keep your dog in, this is possible. Please ask us for advice before putting it up. Awnings or other permanently fixed coverings, aerials or satellite dishes may not be installed. Surfaces or planting may not be changed without the landlord’s approval. A fibre connection is installed when you move in. You choose which provider to use and take care of the arrangements yourself. Smoking tobacco and any other form of smoking or nicotine use is not permitted in the homes, the common house, the roof terrace or the orangery. The rental period is unlimited. Rent increases are in accordance with the net price index. Most terraced houses have a parking space directly in front of the home. Some residents of terraced houses, as well as residents of apartments in the point blocks, can park close to their home in the shared area. If you have an electric car, there will be several charging stations in our parking areas. If you live in a terraced house with a parking space in front of your door, you can also arrange to have a charging outlet installed for your home at your own expense. Guests visiting the landlord’s residents are directed to the parking spaces provided in the area. One pet weighing no more than 15 kg is permitted per rental, provided it does not disturb other residents. Pets include dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. Please note that you must apply to the landlord for permission to keep a pet before you move in or acquire a pet. Pets are not allowed in the common house, guest rooms or orangery.
