About the housing estate: Estate 7 - terraced houses with room for everyday life In Estate 7 you get good surroundings for everyday life. Student-style housing with a well-developed social community. The two blocks consist of single-storey terraced houses. Fårupkollegiet was built in red brick in 1996 and 2000. The block is located in the southern part of Jelling. Højagerkollegiet was taken into use in 1984. Here the facades are likewise built in red brick, and the buildings got new windows and doors in 2010. We are in the western part of Jelling. Both blocks have a common room, which is rented out at very reasonable prices. There is also a shared laundry in both Fårup and Højager blocks. There are cosy shared outdoor areas, where there is often plenty of activity. That may be at the grill or the bonfire area, or you can compete in a game of beach volleyball on the court laid out at Højagerkollegiet. Both blocks have a well-developed social community, where, among other things, social media is used for communication. An agreement has been made with Jelling Radio & TV that, for a small fee, a modem for internet connection is provided.
