Applicants under 25 years of age are given priority for selected 2-room homes. Applicants over 65 years of age are given priority for selected 2-, 3- and 4-room homes. Applicants who work in the municipality and live outside the municipality are given priority. Applicants who have lived in public student housing in Odense for at least 2 years are given priority. Munkebjergparken is centrally located in Odense M, close to Rosengårdscentret, the University of Southern Denmark, the new OUH, and more. The development consists of four apartment buildings with family homes, as well as a student residence with 26 student homes. About the homes in Munkebjergparken: Some of the homes in Munkebjergparken have undergone extensive renovations. As a result, the apartments vary considerably, both in rent and layout. Many of the homes have their own balcony or patio. The bathroom has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a video intercom in the entrance hall, and you can monitor your water, heating and electricity consumption directly in your home. Electric vehicle charging stations have also been installed for use by residents of the development. About Bramstrupkollegiet: The first students moved into Bramstrupkollegiet in August 2026. The student residence is part of Munkebjergparken and is ideally located for the city’s students in a prime spot in Odense, at the corner of Bramstrupvej and Munkebjergvej, close to several educational institutions. Each student home has its own kitchen and toilet/bathroom. Residents also have access to a shared green atrium courtyard where a sense of community can grow, as well as two shared rooms and the development’s laundry room.
