Teglgaardshaven - with a view ad libitum

Welcome to Teglgårdshaven. Perhaps the most exciting and prestigious housing project in Viborg ever. The view from Teglgårdshaven is hard to beat, and the location is known to everyone in Viborg who has walked or jogged around Søndersø. Right on the corner of Søndersø, where many remember the original red buildings that housed the renowned Viborg painter Lasse Winsløw from 1953 to 2006, the new, handsome buildings are being placed, built with clear respect for the area and the original Teglgård. The nearest neighbour is Strandparken, which has, among other things, both a slipway and boat berths. It simply doesn't get better than this beautiful location on the edge of town and in nature. Fittings are supplied by HTH and Miele, among others. There is the possibility of permission for pets. Parking is available at the property. The area is landscaped with scenic surroundings, including a large stormwater lake and a park, which Teglgårdshaven's residents may use freely. All of our rentals offer the option of a virtual viewing. Contact us for more information. NB. Photos and floor plan are indicative. All of our rentals are let on a first-come, first-served basis.
