Virke-Teglgården consists of 34 rental homes in various sizes, including apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. The homes are compact, well-designed city homes with a surprising sense of spaciousness. They are optimised for the needs you have when, after a long and full life, you choose to live in a smaller space. All homes have built-in wardrobes and well-proportioned rooms that are easy to furnish. All unnecessary corridors have been eliminated, giving you the most home for your rent. Each home comes with its own basement storage room, and there is also the option to rent a parking space in the basement. Teglgården includes Virke homes, family homes and youth homes. The idea is to create a city block for people of all ages, with shared spaces for Virke residents and opportunities to mix with the other residents. The courtyard is green and landscaped with a focus on biodiversity. The Virke homes share an entrance stairwell and are connected by an access balcony.
